It has been more than a dozen years since audiences were first introduced to the Wilkerson’s dysfunctional family drama in one of the hottest TV shows of the last decade, Malcolm in the Middle.
The sitcom captured childhood angst perfectly, often pitting the show’s star, namesake and diagnosed genius Malcolm Wilkerson (played by child star turned race car driver Frankie Muniz), against his lesser intellectual siblings: the delinquent eldest brother Francis, played by Christopher Masterson, cocky older brother Reese played by Justin Berfield and the loveable younger brother Dewey, played by Erik Per Sullivan.
Since the show’s close in 2006, its stars have moved on to movies, hit TV shows and some have faded to obscurity.
Muniz, still best known for his years as Malcolm, pursued a brief stint as a race car driver, competing in several races before hanging up his racing hat to go back to show biz. While working on the Agent Cody Banks movies as his series was drawing to a close, he said he wanted to perhaps be a stuntman because he loved all the stunts he was doing as a child secret agent.
For local Malcolm fans, who can’t get enough of the hit show, the Wilkerson’s family home—the site for which much of the show was shot—still remains in the heart of Studio City. The home, located at 12334 Cantura Street, serves as a constant reminder of the show’s impact on the television landscape.

“Malcolm in the Middle” was nothing more than senseless, patronizing media garbage that was predictable as a laxative… and with the same results, a huge mound of a**-poop and s**t.
You’d really have to be a world-class mouth-breathing cretin to think that heap of television garbage was “entertaining” in any way, shape, of form, and even more of an a**hole to care about it 10 or 15 years after this puke came out. Seriously. It was a crap show then and its even MORE of a crap show today.
It’s pretty bad when a show can bring your eternal scorn down after seeing only 2.5 minutes of it… More trash TV, IMHO.
