Four new Rustic Neapolitan pizzas — the Caprese ($11.75) with Roma tomatoes and basil; the Diavola ($12.50) with salami, smoked gouda, red bell pepper and red chilies; the Sicilian ($12.50) with fennel sausage, ricotta and roasted crimini mushrooms; and the Tuscan ($12.50 with prosciutto, artichokes and kalamata olives — highlight Sammy's famous wood-fried techniques. For vegans, a dairy-free mozzarella version is available for $2 more per pizza.
