Upper Marlboro Resident Nominated for Acting County Attorney Position
Prince George’s County Executive Rushern L. Baker III has nominated Upper Marlboro resident M. Andree Green as Acting County Attorney, according to government officials.
Baker (D) also appointed retired Judge William D. Missouri as Special Legal Counsel to the Office of the County Executive. Both nominations must be approved by the Prince George's County Council.
“Ms. Green has an impeccable record over the last decade of her work with the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission,” Baker said in a statement. “She is a talented and intelligent attorney as well as a dedicated legal advocate for Prince George’s County tax payers and their fiscal and quality of life interests.”
Green, a 20-year attorney, will serve as the county’s lead attorney and act as director of the county's law office. She is a 1984 graduate of the University of Southwestern Louisiana, earning a B.A. in Business Administration. In 1991, she graduated from The American University, Washington College of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree.
Judge Missouri recently served as Vice Chairman of the county's Accountability, Compliance and Integrity (ACI) Board. If approved by the council, he will provide consultation on the legal framework of the Prince George’s County Government and will help develop and goals to enhance accountability and compliance in government operations.

¿ Review engineering drawings including architectural plans, mechanical plans, structural drawings, single line diagrams, riser diagrams, power and lighting plans, floor plans and construction documents submitted by our internal engineers and at times external engineering firms.
¿ Review (and may work from) physical sites, and coordinated drawings. In that process you will do site evaluations and audits, review plan inputs, perform checks for accuracy, completeness, and you will detail and develop optimized construction plans for the physical installation of power distribution conduit (raceway, cable tray, bus duct and duct bank) systems.
¿ Work on optimizing conduit pathways, routings, attachment and connectivity and elevations so that the power and communications systems distributions are the shortest path, most direct paths, and free of unnecessary bends, offsets and hardware.
¿ Draw CAD schematic (detailed) drawings for power systems installations that can be read and installed by any journeyman electrician. Ultimately this work will be done in MEP 3D and coordinated and “clash studied” using NavisWorks
¿ Work with the CAD drafting department, superintendents, foreman and project management providing a flow of good shop drawings to keep the crews and the jobs moving.
