I spent last Thursday following both the Golf Dawgs and Lady Golf Dawgs as they made their way through the Dale Hollow Lake State Resort Park course. The Dawgs were in a match against Monroe County, and the Lady Dawgs, due to some scheduling confusion that took place, were playing with some of the younger Monroe County boys, getting in a practice round in a game-type setting for lack of a better way to describe it. In short, it was Lady Golf Dawgs vs. Monroe boys’ JV – and in the end, the Lady Golf Dawgs picked up the win.
